The mission of the El Paso County Department of Human Services is to strengthen families, to assure safety, to promote self-sufficiency, and to improve the quality of life in our community. The Quality Assurance Program helps ensure quality services for all persons who come in contact with El Paso County Department of Human Services. It is our commitment to continually improve those services.
The customers of our services provide the best guidance in determining how to better serve them. To help us do this we need to hear how we can be most responsive to needs and concerns. Our intent is to provide consumer-oriented program development, customer service and the promotion of excellence in all aspects of service as a public service agency.
