Based on the belief that every child needs a safe, nurturing, and caring family, the El Paso County Department of Human Services and fellow community agencies are strongly committed to finding permanent homes for waiting children. In addition, El Paso County's Adoption Unit and Child Placement Agencies (CPAs) currently provides placement for foster care, group home care, treatment or adoption for county children.
